REST API call for the versions of a document should not include the root version

    Description

      The jcr root version is a placeholder frozen node not containing the actual unpublished variant content, and as such cannot be used to

      1. render a page with
      2. be restored

      Hence from the versions list shown below something like

      /cms/ws/content/documents/{handleId}/{branchId}/versions

      we should not return the 'jcr:rootVersion' node
