Author does not see the right state of document

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as author
2. Open a document in HAP which is live (e.g. news/xmas-tree)
3. Check the document state

Expected result:

The document is live

Actual result:

It is shown that the document is offline, while the document icon is live.

If you login as admin, the document state is correct.

The same happens when an author requests to take a document offline. The admin will see that the document is offline (in the document state yellow ribbon)
