Add debugger to the SDKs

Currently the SDKs don't have the option to activate a debugging mode for internal logic.

This can cause some issues to developers when tracking down issues with e.g.

• requests to the CMS or
• configuration of the application. 

Specially on mobile, this gets very tricky because the debugging options on the native devices are much more limited.
