Use 'page' (instead of 'document') in menu options and dialogs for xpages

In the Content perspective:

• Change 'Documents' into 'Documents & Pages' in the content selector dropdown
  And adjust minimum width of the columns so that the text fits (in English)

On the Home page:

• Use 'page' instead of 'experience page' in the save message in the activity stream (see attached image) 

For xpage documents:

• Use a page icon (TBD) instead of the document icon
• Change the title of the 'Document' menu (in the viewer) to 'Page'
• Change 'document' to 'page' in
  • the messages/dialogs on closing the document tab, Cancel the editor, take offline, add to project, referring documents
  • yellow status banner
  • options on the Project menu: Accept document, Reject document... Restart document review
