Changing a template inside the Experience manager does not enable the publish button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to HAP Community
2. Go to the Experience manager
3. Select a component
4. Change the template
5. Save it
6. Open the channel menu in the channel toolbar

Expected result:

Publish is enabled

Actual result:

Publish is disabled

Additional info:

This happens only when choosing another template in the right side panel (HAP Community). In HAP enterprise, where the template menu is in the extJS component, this does not happen.
