New link behavior on freemarker Partial Page Render

    Description

      Similar to the the PMA behavior of asset link generation, the Partial Page Render API needs to be able to render absolute link in preview mode.

      This is most relevant when the PPR is used to bring brXM markup to a site that is being rendered outside of brXM.

      ATM link logic is affected be the fullyqualified parameter on the live endpoints but that does not have any impact on the preview endpoints, which causes integration issues.
