Set/unset Xpage folder so new document are XPage documents or not

As an admin user
when I set a folder as XPage Folder
and I choose a channel
then that folder is associated with that channel
so all newly created documents in that folder are XPages.

As an admin user
when I unset a folder as XPage Folder
then that folder is not associated with a channel anymore
so all newly created documents in that folder are "normal" documents.

Dialog suggestion ( only added to aid the discussion. This is not meant as a final design )
