All the perspectives are initialized twice

Steps to reproduce:

*1.* Put a breakpoint to any perspective (e.. ChannelManagerPerspective)

2. Login to the CMS

Expected result:

Each component is initialized only once

Actual result:

Each component is initialized twice.

This probably started happening after Navapp was added.
