The console button for OK seems disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the console
2. Add property

Expected result:

The console button has the same background as Cancel

Actual result:

The console button looks like disabled. You can still click it. 

Additional info:

I am using MacOS. It happens both in Chrome and Firefox.
