Relevance is not working for SSR SPA channels

Automated test failing
When user navigates to channel React SSR SPA
And user toggles ON "show components" button
And user clicks on the component "Banner"[0]
And user selects variant "Default"
And user adds variant "Dutch"
And user hides the banner in the banner component in SPA
And user saves component parameter configuration
And user closes component properties dialog
And user publishes changes
And user selects view as Dirk (Dutch)
Then the page never displays "Sample banner" banner component title for Relevance (failing step)
