When creating a new document in Content Editor, support XPage Layouts

    Description

      When creating a new document which is an XPage, a wicket dropdown must be shown from which you can select an XPage layout. The dropdown should be filled with values which are accessible via the HstRequestContext, see CMS-13432

      When a document is created with an XPage layout selected, the workflow should copy the XPage layout below 'hst:page' child node of the document.

      How the layout copy will be done is still to be sorted out. Simple support for including UUID of nodes that need to be injected as child in the document variant could be generic feature that does not require some callback handler functionality to be supported in the workflow and then provided by the HST
