Editor cannot edit a document saved as draft from the admin in Experience Manager

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login as admin
      2. Go to Experience manager
      3. Open a channel and then open a document for editing
      4. Keep draft
      5. Login as editor
      6. Go to the same document from step 3
      7. Try editing it

      Expected result:

      The document is draft and you cannot edit it.

      Actual result:

      The document is locked by admin
