Improve component referencing of documents

      Story
      As a user I don't want to break links used in the CMS by renaming or moving documents.

      Description:
      Currently, component references to documents store the document path, which not optimal, better would be to use an identifier.

      Acceptance criteria:
      1) The goal is to be able to answer the question: "What components reference this document?" in an easy and performant way.
      2) When renaming a document the link to a document on a page shouldn't break
