[Essentials] SPA Integration Demo plugin is missing dependency on Convert to Enterprise Project plugin

1. Create 14.2.0 project from Maven archetype
2. On Essentials start screen, check enterprise checkbox
3. From Essentials library, add SPA Integration Demo
4. Rebuild & restart
5. Run bloomreach-spa-sdk react-csr example 14.2.0
6. Open channel in Experience manager

Expected: channel shows container overlay

Exception: channel is not showing container overlay, console shows error message "There is no channel detected in the page metadata."

This happens because the SPA channel manager integration requires enterprise XM. Essentials plugin "Convert to Enteprise Project" can be manually installed but "SPA Integration Demo" should have a dependency on it so it's installed automatically.
