      Order of perspectives
      The order of the perspectives in the Extensions menu is determined by the order of their configuration nodes under /hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-static.

      This is no longer true since the NavApp / UUI because it queries navigationitem without order clause:

      DEBUG [NavigationItemStoreImpl.getQueryResult:112] Executing query '//element(*, frontend:navigationitem)'
