Take hippostd:skipDraft into account when diffing variants

    Description

      In CMS-13159 the mixin hippostd:skipDraft was introduced. When deciding if the draft is modified it is compared with the unpublished variant to see if they are equal or not. When hippostd:skipDraft is present on a node then it should be ignored for comparison.
