Changing a name of a document does not update title + breadcrumb

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content perspective

2. Select a document

3. Take offline (if it is published)

4. Change the name of the document (Document -> Rename)

Expected result:

The breadcrumb and title change reflecting the new name.

Actual result:

The breadcrumb and title do not change
