[Channel Manager][Back port] Discard doesn't work for close channel VE dialog. Regression after save as draft

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. For document i right side panel make some changes.
      2. Click close channel button.
      3. Click discard button of modal dialog.

      Expected: changes are discarded.

      Problem: changes still persist for document in draft mode.
