Template builder: field modifiers are not visible

    Description

      In the current state of the template builder it is only possible to add fields
      It is impossible to eg. make a field mandatory because there are no controls to do that.

      NOTE: The functionality itself is NOT broken, it is simply hidden by the CSS skin.
      If you disable the skin the 'field properties' and 'display parameters' controls are there and work as they should.
