Value list fields are not displayed in the right side panel

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. In HAP go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel and navigate to xmas tree page.
      2. Start editing Xmas tree document in the right-side panel

      Expected result: value list fields like "Decoration theme" or "Santa's Home country"  have a value list.

      Problem: value list fields like are not displayed. Exception in the TomCat logs:
