Logging into the console logs out the CMS user

Context:

There was also a similar bug in the past which I cannot find now. Also, I have tested the 14.1 on HAP, and the bug is reproducible also there.

Also, the other case is valid, if a user is logged into the console, a logged in user to the CMS will log out the console logged in user.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into the CMS as editor 
2. Log into the console as admin

Expected result:

The editor is still logged in

Actual result:

The editor is logged out from the CMS.
