Selections comparators should use collators

Value lists that are used for populating selections fields can be sorted by using any of the available comparators. These comparators should use collators, so a better locale-aware sorting can be done.

Use case: in French the word "évenement" will be sorted between "drone" and "français" and not after "zouave".
