Sitemap plugin adds duplicated links

The sitemap plugin looks up the site menus and creates links based on the items in the menu.

Usually a website has several menus linking to the same page, because the sitemap menu does not check if the link was already added to the link list from another menu, it just creates repeated entries in the sitemap.xml
