Modifying meta deleted items in the ConfigurationTreeBuilder only logs a warning

Modifications (adding/modifying properties, child nodes, etc.) against a non-existing parent node the ConfigurationTreeBuilder will throw an error upon (fail fast).

But in case that parent node existed before but now (earlier) was meta deleted, the ConfigurationTreeBuilder only logs a warning.

Modelwise though both 'states' should be treated equal, so either both only warn (not good) or both fail (fast of late).
