Design plugin icon for url rewriter plugin

    Description

      The URL rewriter can be added to a project from Essentials since 12 (enterprise plugin). It has now the same icon as the Banner plugin, which is a bit lame. Can we design an icon for it?

      NB: maybe it is nice to create icons for all the Bloomreach enterprise plugins too. They now all have the same icon (BR logo).
