i18n for component labels

When components are shown in the catalog in the template composer, below the icon a label is shown. The component property hst:label is used for that. Internationalisation is not possible.

Proposal: define a default label in the properties file of the component that is used as a label instead of the property. "component.label" seems a nice candidate for that.
