Content REST Api: make it configurable which properties of a document type are exposed

The detail output of the content rest api exposes all data properties of a document. Sometimes properties are meta data of the document, like tags, author, review-information etc. This should not always be exposed and you should be able to configure which properties are part of the output and which not.

Some of the code may already be available through HSTTWO-3939.
