Support sitemap: link path prefix in HST level first

    Description

      Instead of huge investment like a full CMS picker UI implementation, it should be better to start supporting sitemap:// prefix in link paths to allow linking to a sitemap item in HST level.
      Then people can implement a custom picker UI in CMS (e.g, custom CKEditor plugin button) or they can use External Document Picker to add sitemap:// prefixed URI paths to allow sitemap item links.
