When Cross Channel Copy is enabled, drop down of channels to select contains channels which might be excluded for the current CMS user

This happens for channels which are filtered based on no-read-access for the content of a channel and not on the jcr privilege hippo:channel-webmaster : The channels for which the user does not have privilege hippo:channel-webmaster are already filtered
