ChannelInfoMixins from a channel node are not read if there is no channelInfo property

    Description

      Commit 05f589d from HSTTWO-4321 claims that channel info mixins are loaded if there is no channel info class name configured. However, the fix does not cover the reading of the hst properties hst:channelinfo and hst:channelinfomixins: When the first one isn't present, the second is never read! As a result, only configuring hst:channelinfomixins does not work
