Upgrade to Jackrabbit 2.18.5 and Tika 1.24.1

The changes between our currently used jackrabbit 2.18.3 baseline and the 2.18.5 is all/mostly trivial, and not related or affecting any of our usages, so rebasing on 2.18.5 is likewise trivial. 

However, jackrabbit 2.18.5 still uses tika 1.23, not latest tika 1.24.1.
The latest (unstable) jackrabbit 2.22 branch already has been upgrade to tika 1.24.1, which just required the version bump, but this hasn't been backported yet.
We will therefore simply bump the tika version and use 1.24.1 for our jackrabbit-2.18.5-h1.
