Making maps of repository paths to export files configurable with jcr nodes

Mappings of repository paths to context nodes and export files are defined in LocationMapper utility class. Some mappings may need to be changed in some customer projects. For example, resource bundles defined in administration folder are exported into smaller yaml files with the issue, https://issues.onehippo.com/browse/CMS-12334. Besides this, a developer can create another folder outside of administration folder for resource bundles and wants to define a different way of auto exporting for this folder. This can be configured by jcr nodes.
