Change structure of validation messages

The style of validation feedback messages has been changed (CMS-11665). Instead of stating the problem the user is given an instruction on how to resolve the error. This is in line with Material Design. This should be done for all existing validation feedback messages for editors in the right side panel. Also the channel settings editor messages must be updated.
