Max length validation on component parameter text fields

Currently, in Hippo 12, there is no validation possible on the number of characters for component parameters.

A client worded it like this:

When you have a component with a parameter field (@interface Parameter annotation) you have some configuration you can add to a field like name, required, displayName etc.

We want some kind of a way to put an input limit on characters on such a parameter field in the Channel manager. Like at the maximal length is 50 characters you can type, or a validation like when you haven't filled it in when it is required.
