Visual editor shows incorrect feedback if a depublication request is pending

Reproduction

• login as author
• open a published document
• select "Take offline.... (request)"
• Then use View menu to open document in channel editor
• Click orange editor icon

Expect: The document is waiting to be depublished.

Actual: The document is waiting to be published.

Same issue occurs for scheduled (de)publication request. So the issue is that the feedback does not (always) correctly tell what kind of request can be cancelled.
