Update feedback in document editor according to design.

As a user
when a document has been saved as draft
then the user feedback display "draft changes"
so I know I can collaborate on the draft version of the document

Estimated as 2 points, because the feedback is currently populated not only by the cms project, but also by the "projects feature" project.
