Opening a document twice from a project does not change the menu item/breadcrumbs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the projects app
2. Select a project
3. Go to the Contents tab
4. Click on a document
5. Select the project menu item
6. Click again on the same document from step 4.

Expected result:

The menu item is the Content menu item. Also, breadcrumbs change.

Actual result:

The menu item is Projects.
