On slow network, if you click too fast on the Experience Manager menu item, you get internal server error

This issue is visible only on slow networks. You get internal server error, and unless you refresh, you cannot recover from it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the network speed to Slow 3G
2. Login to the CMS
3. After the app is loaded click fast on the Experience manager menu item

Expected result:

Experience manager is loaded.

Actual result:

Internal server error
