Backport: Channel manager preview does not keep scrolling position on component changes (SPA)

Any changes to component properties done through the wicket model dialog trigger an update on the Channel Manager that loses the scroll position.

This causes the site to scroll back to the top and the editors stop seeing the component that is being edited.

Reproduction possible in the SPA HAP and Pacific Demo
