Remove Dashboard view for Reports perspective - these sub-views will now be accessed via Navigation

Current situation

• Navigate to the menu item content reports
• An overview of all reports with links and images is shown
• When the user clicks on a link, the report is opened

Desired situation

• The links will become navigation item in the menu bar of the navigation application
• When click on such an item the associated report is shown
• The breadcrumb will disappear
• For existing custom reports: document how to upgrade or make sure nothing changes.
