CMS opens fully qualified links to documents in the separate window

Scenario:

1. Go to SPA SSR channel.
2. Edit a document with HTML field.
3. Set a link to any document outside of SPA SSR channel e.g. HAP Blog document.
4. Save and click the link.

Expected result: CM should load the HAP channel with inked document.

Current result: Alert dialog asks about navigation to an external resource, with accept a new browser window is open with '_cmsinternal' path to the document.
