Actions in View Permission Dialog are very confusing as a result of JCR 283 permissions spec

    Description

      The JCR 283 spec is extremely confusing wrt permissions (see 16.6.2 Permissions). Although the Permissions Dialog shows the correct values for 'Actions', they add more confusion than value. The 'Privileges', like jcr:read, jcr:write, etc are way easier to understand and do not result in confusion. Hence we can much better drop the 'Actions' part altogether since they only add confusion
