When you login via SSO the timeZone is not taken into account

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the CMS login screen
2. Choose a time zone (e.g. Europe/Budapest)
3. Login
4. Check the timeZone setting in the console

Expected result:

It should show timeZone:"Europe/Budapest"

Actual result:

Europe/Amsterdam
