Document not assigned to component after changing document url

Renaming documents which are assigned to a component in the channel-manager like follows:

1. open an existing component with assigned document
2. change to document in contenteditor
3. unpublish document if neccessary
4. rename documentname
5. edit url of document
6. save
7. reopen channel with component

Behaviour: document is not visible

Expected behaviour: the change of the name and url of the document should be updated among all components using that document

If not, maybe a pop up with the validation message for the user would be nice.
