SSR SPA doesn't pass the x-forwarded-for header to the CMS

Server-side rendered SPA doesn't pass the x-forwarded-for header to the CMS after the browser navigation to the SSR SPA page. It works fine with direct client-side navigation using SPA links though. As a result the relevance module cannot properly work with the SSR SPAs.
