Allowed logout urls defined in Auth0 for cms and console apps should have the same structure

In the current situation, logout urls for the console app are defined with a backslash at the end of the urls, but the logout urls for cms app don’t have a backslash.
This leads extra complexity while adjusting custom redirect urls in the code. We can add a backslash to the end of the logout urls for cms as well. The client url defined in the property file should be changed.
