Fix projects initial deep linking loading

The deep link is not taking into account during initial navigation. Projects overview is always shown instead of the detailed page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open HAP
2. navigate to "Projects"
3. open "q" project
4. reload the page (the url should be something like http://127.0.0.1:9080/cms/projects/v8UfB/channels)

ER: The "q" project is opened on the tab which was active before reloading
AR: Projects overview is shown
