    Description

      See CMS-12065

      A lot of the UI/UX has changed, including the completely revamped "Permissions" and new "Userroles" plugins, which may need documentation and userguide updates.

      Furthermore, a lot of the localized messages and keys have been changed/removed/added, which still need to be synchronized and translation updates.
