In 'view permissions' in console do not load *all users* but instead have a text field in which a userId must be typed

If a customer has, say, 50.000 users, loading them directly in the drop down to view permissions will be very expensive and unhandy. Better to support 'just' a textfield in which a user id can be typed (and then a submit button)
