Project and Release Version show "unknown" in Admin Perspective

The Project version and BloomReach Release version show "unknown" on projects running with Cargo in v13.2.0.

To reproduce: 

1. Build a new project 

   mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:2.4:generate -DarchetypeRepository=https://maven.onehippo.com/maven2 -DarchetypeGroupId=org.onehippo.cms7 -DarchetypeArtifactId=hippo-project-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=13.2.0
   

1. Run the project with -Pcargo.run
2. Check the Admin > System information tab
